I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The balcony rooms are great with a bit of a walk into town, although it was noisy at night. The proximity to the beach is fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. However, facing the road and the noise from the roadworks throughout our stay were a downside.
